Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the acceptable and prohibited uses of the custom engineering services, testing environments, and infrastructure provided by CometBlue LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"). This policy applies to all enterprise clients, contractors, and authorized users operating under a mutually executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW).

You may not use our infrastructure, engineering environments, or deployed systems to engage in, foster, or promote illegal, abusive, or irresponsible behavior. This includes, but is not limited to:

3. Client Data and AI Training Restrictions

CometBlue LLC engineers infrastructure for dedicated client use. You are prohibited from using our staging environments or baseline architectural frameworks to ingest, scrape, or process personally identifiable information (PII) sourced from the public web without explicit user consent. We do not permit our systems to be used for the unauthorized scraping of data to train foundational models.

4. Enforcement and Termination

We reserve the right to monitor the usage of any active staging environments or infrastructure actively managed by CometBlue LLC to ensure compliance with this AUP. Violation of this policy will result in immediate suspension of engineering services and constitutes a material breach of the governing MSA, allowing CometBlue LLC to terminate the engagement without penalty.
